How much do you charge for a design work?
The cost factor always depends on your project specifications. Kindly send me your project brief and I shall let you know about the cost factors. I can help you out by sending you a brief questiannaire if you mail me. Please feel free to contact me.
What is included in your cost?
The cost includes final artwork of the design based on your specification & requirements. It will be delivered in industry-standard file formats either by computer disk or internet download.
If your project includes web design and new media related work, then I get extremely talented web designers, developers and 3D Animators who execute the job for me.
You are charging too much. We can get it for less at other places.
Kindly be noted that your design is something that will stay for a longer period and speak volumes about your business. You have to be very careful while choosing a desginer who truly provides justice for your brand.
My works have proved to be effective by many of my clients and I personally assure you that any design project assigned to me will be given utmost attention and care so that it turns out to be a success.
How long would you take to finish the work?
A project might take anywhere between one week to three months, based upon the specifications provided and volume of work involved. On an average a Corporate Identity design project involving logo design, stationery design and a webpage presence will take three to six weeks.
What kind of details you expect from us?
You need to provide me a complete design brief, based on the questionnaire that I will be sending you. Please be noted that more the details you provide, better I will be able to serve you. The most successful design projects have been of those who filled the questionnaire properly!
Can you start the work immediately?
Sure. But I might need to check out my existing assignments for any immediate commitment.
How you will provide us the design proofs?
I usually send PDF documents for proofing and approval of my design projects. Timely approvals are a must for smooth design process. So it is always better to make a point to review/approve designs on a timely basis.
Which file formats will you provide?
I provide industry-standard file formats for the final artworks. They could be either Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Encapsulated PostScript (.eps). These file types can be scaled to any size without losing the original quality. For print-related projects I also provide press-ready PDF files in high resolution. Processed images will be given in layered Photoshop (.psd) format.
Do you create a Brand Manual for our logo?
By default I don’t provide one. Brand Guidelines Manual is certainly an option depending upon the size of your organization. If your brand needs to be handled by hundreds of people, then a comprehensive Brand Manual might be required to maintain brand consistency. Otherwise, if few people are handling it, then such a thing might not be necessary.
You are from a different country. How we can manage things?
I do work for clients outside of the country I reside in. This shouldn’t be a problem considering the advancement of communication technologies. I correspond using telephone, e-mails, Skype & Instant Messaging (IM) methods to exchange information. I believe this always saves lots of time.
Can we talk on the phone?
Certainly. My mobile number is posted in Contact area. I am available between 9am to 6pm U.A.E. standard time (GMT+4), except on weekends & Holidays. Weekends in this country are Fridays and Saturdays.
What are your payment terms?
I always request a 50% advance payment for my projects. The amount can be paid through many channels. I accept payment via my PayPal account, Bank Transfer, Cheque, or Demand Draft. My invoice will have the payment details. The balance 50% has to be paid prior to the supply of original artwork in final formats.
